Buzzle Team Management

Buzzle now supports the ability to organize your users into teams, allowing for more organized navigation of the Buzzle application.

  • Assign users to teams.

Buzzle Monitors

Trackers & Tracker Candidates are rebranded to monitors to reflect the extra functionality a monitor now provides. Buzzle Monitors are trends detected directly from your data, and watched for constantly/autonomously.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Rebrands trackers to monitors and tracker candidates to monitor candidates.
  • Provides consolidated monitor view with search capability to find individual monitors or topics.
  • Topics are transitioned into a tag like structure, allowing you to organize monitors logically, without the additional layer of organizational complexity.

Update Report Management Interface

Numerous updates to our reporting capabilities have been pushed out over the last month including an updated experience for saving, naming and modifying reports.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Explicit report saving: all reports are no longer saved by default & require custom names leading to a cleaner list view for all reports.
  • Additional report filters are now supported, including the ability to filter by an opportunity type or specific individual opportunities.
  • Reports are no longer user specific, and are now shareable across an organization.

Manage AutoVOC & Candidate Results Directly on Buzzle!

A feature long familiar to beta users is now available for all users directly through the Buzzle platform! Directly from the Trackers page, request AutoVOC or Candidate Generation, and check in on system results on the new Candidates page.

Fixes and Improvements

  • AutoVOC can now be executed completely on the Buzzle platform. AutoVOC allows a user to specify a particular tracker as a starting point for a VOC search. Let Buzzle automatically uncover trends related to a specific competitor mention or discovery question!
  • Candidate generation can also be requested through the platform! If you want to build a stronger tracker, candidate generation is the way to go - automatically finding contextually relevant snippets that are useful to include with a particular tracker!
  • Request bulk exports of reports - including data not shown in UI.

Faster Scoring & More Tracker Building Control

The tracker building experience is completely redesigned to enable more granular construction of trackers and faster rescoring requests.

Fixes and Improvements

  • Users can now build trackers in a new table-like interface.
  • Users control the tracker type and take control of the threshold values.
  • With the introduction of a brand new VectorStore (a specialized data store for the high dimensional data Buzzle generates to represent conversations) - rescoring data is 10X faster!
  • Rescoring can be performed at a tracker level - no longer do you need to rescore an entire topic when you make a small update or change.
